Abstract

The number of the workforce in February 2022 was 4.97 million people, an increase compared to February 2021. In line with the increase in the number of the workforce, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) also increased by 0.78 percentage points.

The February 2022 Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) was 4.31 percent, down 0.23 percentage point compared to February 2021.

The working population is 4.76 million people. Employment that experienced the largest percentage increase was the Accommodation and Food and Drink Provision Sector (0.80 percentage point). Meanwhile, the sector that experienced the biggest decline was the Construction Sector (0.56 percentage point).
