Development of Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rates in Lampung Province in April 2020

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Lampung Province in April 2020 was recorded at 13.92 percent, down 21.85 points compared to the TPK for hotels in March 2020 which was recorded at 35.77 percent. When compared with the same month in 2019, the ROR for star hotels fell by 48.75 points.

The number of guests during April 2020 who stayed at star-rated hotels reached 12,068 people, consisting of 15 foreign guests and 12,053 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 19,790 people (62.12 percent) compared to March 2020 which was recorded at 31,858 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in April 2020 was recorded at 1.24 days, down 0.39 days compared to the RLMT for hotels in March 2020 which was recorded at 1.63 days.
