Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rates in March 2009

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in March 2009 reached 53.49 percent, an increase of 2.27 percent compared to February 2009 which was recorded at 51.22 percent. Meanwhile, compared to March 2008 which was recorded at 48.01 percent, the TPK in March 2009 rose 5.48 percent.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in March 2009 was 6,748 people, consisting of 317 foreign guests and 6,431 domestic guests, an increase of 22.22 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to March 2008, it fell 8.24 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in March 2009 was 1.67 days, or 0.18 days lower compared to February 2009, and compared to March 2008, 0.29 days higher.
