Abstract

In September 2017, the number of poor (people with per capita expenditure per month below the Poverty Line) in Lampung reached 1,083.74 thousand people (13.04 percent), decreased by 47.99 thousand people compared to March 2017 which amounted to 1,131,73 thousand people (13.69 percent).

The percentage of poor people in urban areas in March 2017 of 10.03 percent decreased to 9.13 percent in September 2017. While the percentage of rural poor in rural areas in March 2017 of 15.08 percent fell to 14.56 percent in September 2017.
