Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in April 2010 was recorded at 48.37 percent, down 5.02 percent compared to March 2010 which was recorded at 53.39 percent. Meanwhile, compared to April 2009 which was recorded at 52.11 percent, the TPK in April 2010 experienced a decrease of 3.74 percent.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in April 2010 was 7,926 people consisting of 144 foreign guests and 7,782 domestic guests or an increase of 3.24 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2009, the number of guests staying experienced a significant increase of 31.49 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star hotels in April 2010 was 1.78 days, or 0.39 days lower than the previous month, and compared to April 2009, also 0.05 days lower.
