Occupancy Rate of Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province in February 2010 was 47.21 Percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in February 2010 was recorded at 47.21 percent, down 1.58 percent compared to January 2010 which was recorded at 48.79 percent. Meanwhile, compared to February 2009 which was recorded at 51.22 percent, the TPK in February 2010 also experienced a decrease of 4.01 percent.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in February 2010 was 7,851 people consisting of 185 foreign guests and 7,666 domestic guests or down 3.69 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, when compared to February 2009, the number of guests staying experienced a significant increase of 36.68 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star hotels in February 2010 was 1.69 days, or 0.32 days lower than the previous month, and compared to February 2009, also 0.16 days lower.
