Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate in Lampung Province in November 2009 was 51.10 Percent

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in October 2009 was recorded at 51.10 percent, down 6.87 percent compared to October 2009 which was recorded at 57.97 percent. Meanwhile, compared to November 2008 which was recorded at 54.06 percent, the TPK in November 2009 also decreased by 2.96 percent.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in November 2009 was 6,047 people, consisting of 222 foreign guests and 5,825 domestic guests, an increase of 4.17 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to November 2008, the number of overnight guests also increased by 1.68 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in November 2009 was 1.85 days, or 0.14 days lower compared to October 2009, and compared to November 2008, 0.29 days higher.
