Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate in Lampung Province in June 2009 was 52.57 Percent

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in June 2009 reached 52.57 percent, down 5.04 percent compared to May 2009 which was recorded at 57.61 percent. Meanwhile, compared to June 2008 which was recorded at 45.95 percent, the TPK in June 2009 rose 6.62 percent.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in June 2009 was 6,219 people, consisting of 223 foreign guests and 5,996 domestic guests, down 2.95 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to June 2008, there was a decrease of 12.24 percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in June 2009 was 1.74 days, or 0.23 days lower compared to May 2009, and compared to June 2008, 0.10 days higher.
