Star Hotel Room Occupancy Rate in Lampung Province in August 2009 was 44.35 Percent

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung in August 2009 reached 44.35 percent, down 16.49 percent compared to July 2009 which was recorded at 60.84 percent. Meanwhile, compared to August 2008 which was recorded at 54.50 percent, the TPK in August 2009 fell
10.15 percent.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in August 2009 was 5,497 people, consisting of 195 foreign guests and 5,302 domestic guests, down 25.08 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, compared to August 2008, it also experienced a decrease of 22.17
percent.

The average length of stay of guests at star-rated hotels in August 2009 was 1.71 days, or 0.07 days lower compared to July 2009, and compared to August 2008, 0.07 days higher.
