Abstract

BPS - Statistics Indonesia continues to provide the best service in meeting the needs of public statistical data. Therefore, the Data Needs Survey (SKD) was conducted to obtain an overview of the data needs and satisfaction of consumers. SKD 2021 is implemented in all BPS Integrated Statistics Services (PST) units, from the Central BPS, Provincial BPS, to Regency / City BPS, including in Tulang Bawang Regency BPS.
This publication presents an overview of consumer characteristics, data requirements, data quality satisfaction and service satisfaction in the Tulang Bawang Regency BPS 2021 PST. The information is expected to be an input for BPS Tulang Bawang Regency to be able to provide better services and in accordance with community needs.
