Development of the Room Occupancy Rate of Star Hotels in Lampung Province in January 2021

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2021 was recorded at 37.63 percent, down 21.69 points compared to the ROR for hotels in December 2020 which was recorded at 59.32 percent. When compared to the same month in 2020, the ROR for star-rated hotels fell by 20.43 points.

The number of guests during January 2021 staying at star hotels reached 44,663 people, consisting of 32 foreign guests and 44,631 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 19,677 people (30.58 percent) compared to December 2020 which recorded 64,340 people.

The average length of stay of guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2021 was recorded at 1.38 days, an increase of 0.02 days compared to hotel RLMT in December 2020 which was recorded at 1.36 days.
