Abstract

The total export value of Lampung Province in July 2018 reached US $ 359.67 million, an increase of US $ 102.70 million or an increase of 39.96 percent compared to exports in June 2018 which was recorded at US $ 256.97 million. The export value of July 2018 when compared to July 2017 was recorded at US $ 305.53, an increase of US $ 54.13 million or an increase of 17.72 percent.

Five categories of the main export goods of Lampung Province in July 2018 are animal / vegetable fats and oils; coal; coffee, tea and spices; wood pulp / pulp; and various chemical products.

The import value of Lampung Province in July 2018 reached US $ 239.28 million or decreased by US $ 1.94 million, down 0.81 percent compared to June 2018 which was recorded at US $ 241.22 million. The import value in July 2018 is still lower at US $ 21.04 million or down 8.08 percent compared to July 2017 which was recorded at US $ 260.32 million.

Of the five main categories of imported goods in July 2018, three of them experienced a decline, namely each sugar and confectionery fell to 30.03 percent; oily grains fell by 20.85 percent; and fertilizer dropped 17.49 percent. Meanwhile, the other two main categories of imported goods actually experienced an increase namely the food industry residue / residue rose to 575.12 percent and live animals rose 127.87 percent.
