The
Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star Hotels and Other
Accommodation) in May 2013 reached 44.34%, down 1.09% compared to April
2013 which was recorded at 45.43%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung
during May 2013 reached 55.75%, down 2.78% compared to April 2013 which
was recorded at 58.53%. ROR for star hotels in May 2013 compared to May
2012 which was recorded at 62.36%, decreased by 6.61%. ROR for other
accommodation (other accommodation hotels) throughout May 2013 was
40.13%, down 1.18% compared to April 2013 which was recorded at 41.31%.
The
number of guests during May 2013 who stayed at star hotels and other
accommodation (combined) reached 90,075 people, consisting of 1,709
foreign guests and 88,366 domestic guests. This condition decreased by
1,166 people (1.28%) compared to April 2013 which was recorded at 91,241
people. The number of guests during May 2013 at star hotels was 16,563
people, namely 1,664 foreign guests and 14,899 domestic guests. This
number increased 15.61% compared to April 2013 when it was recorded at
14,326 people. The number of guests during May 2013 who stayed in other
accommodation was 73,512 people, consisting of 45 foreign guests and
73,467 domestic guests, down 3,403 people or around 4.43% compared to
April 2013 which was recorded at 76,915 people. The number of guests
staying in other accommodation in May 2013 compared to May 2012
decreased from 79,225 people to 73,512 people.
The
average length of stay for guests in May 2013 in star hotels and other
accommodation (combined) was recorded at 1.38 days, down 0.06 days
compared to April 2013. Foreign guests stayed an average of 1.55 days,
down 0.28 days compared to April 2013. April 2013, while the average
stay for domestic guests was 1.38 days, down 0.05 days compared to April
2013. The average length of stay during May 2013 at star-rated hotels
was 1.42 days, down 0.16 days compared to the previous month. The
average length of stay for guests in other accommodation in May 2013 was
around 1.36 days, down 0.02 days compared to April 2013, with details
of foreign guests 10.44 days and domestic guests 1.36 days.
