The
Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star Hotels and Other
Accommodation) in April 2013 reached 45.43%, down 2.65% compared to
March 2013 which was recorded at 48.08%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar
Lampung during April 2013 reached 58.53%, up 2.65% compared to March
2013 which was recorded at 55.88%. ROR for star hotels in April 2013
compared to April 2012 which was recorded at 57.38%, an increase of
1.15%. ROR for other accommodation (other accommodation hotels)
throughout April 2013 was 41.31%, down 4.27% compared to March 2013
which was recorded at 45.58%.
The
number of guests during April 2013 who stayed at star hotels and other
accommodation (combined) reached 91,241 people, consisting of 2,297
foreign guests and 88,944 domestic guests. This condition experienced an
increase of 2,211 people (2.48%) compared to March 2013 which was
recorded at 89,030 people. The number of guests during April 2013 at
star hotels was 14,326 people, namely 181 foreign guests and 14,145
domestic guests. This number increased 9.22% compared to March 2013 when
it was recorded at 13,117 people. The number of guests during April
2013 who stayed in other accommodation was 76,915 people, consisting of
2,116 foreign guests and 74,799 domestic guests, an increase of 1,002
people or around 1.32% compared to March 2013 which was recorded at
75,913 people. This increase in the number of guests occurred in all
other accommodation room groups. The number of guests staying in other
accommodation in April 2013 compared to April 2012 increased by 5.76%
from 72,724 people to 76,915 people.
The
average length of stay for guests in April 2013 in star hotels and
other accommodation (combined) was recorded at 1.44 days, down 0.23 days
compared to March 2013. Foreign guests stayed an average of 1.83 days,
down 0.60 days compared to March 2013. March 2013, while the average
stay for domestic guests was 1.43 days, down 0.22 days compared to March
2013. The average length of stay during April 2013 at star-rated hotels
was 1.58 days, down 0.85 days compared to the previous month. The
average length of stay for guests in other accommodation in April 2013
was around 1.38 days, down 0.01 days compared to March 2013, with
details of foreign guests 1.78 days and domestic guests 1.37 days.
