Knowledge Sharing Archive Arrangement and Back Office System (BOS) Materials

19-21 October 2022, the BPS of Tulang Bawang Regency has a team from the BPS of Lampung Province which aims to share knowledge related to Archive Arrangement and the Back Office system.
Archive arrangement itself aims to ensure that all documents, both active and inactive documents, can be properly documented according to existing standards. This also ensures that the management of existing documents can be arranged in accordance with existing rules, both in terms of arrangement and in terms of the existing system.
While 1 team at the same time assisted in the preparation of archives, the other 1 team was sharing related to the BOS application.
The Back Office System (BOS) is a Management Information System that is integrated in accompanying the APBN cycle within the Central Bureau of Statistics. It consists of modules on Budget Planning, Budget Execution, Recording and Reporting, as well as Monitoring and Evaluation, simultaneously at the central and regional levels (517 working units). ). This application supports and is in line with technological developments, especially structured e-reporting from the center and the regions. Reporting is getting
structured and neat by reducing the use of paper (paperless), thus supporting climate change, both in ecosystems and energy savings.
In the implementation of knowledge sharing, direct practice is also carried out from entry operators, application admins and KPA.
