The implementation of an activity, both survey and census, is of course a series of related processes, from planning (budgetary and technical), field implementation, analysis of activity results and dissemination of activity outputs (dissemination). To provide confidence that each process runs in accordance with the standards for implementing existing activities, a supervisory and supervisory process is needed, on the other hand, the implementation of this activity is also a place for discussion between supervisors and task implementers.
On 17-19 October 2022, the Provincial BPS carried out supervision activities led by the 2022 Regsosek Regional Coordinator, Mr. Riduan, an Associate Functional Expert of the Lampung Province BPS, consisting of Aan Andriatno, Ivan Sihaloho and Aldi. Supervision is carried out separately in several places simultaneously.
Each supervisor is accompanied by field officers. Initial data collection of the 2022 regsosek, both Koseka, PML and PPL. In the implementation of supervision, apart from conducting discussions, PPL also supervises when PPL conducts data collection to the community, from this activity they can obtain information on problems that occur during data collection and at the same time find solutions.
In addition, direct supervision activities to data collection officers in the field, the Head of BPS of Tulang Bawang Regency accompanied by functional Young Experts who are technically responsible for field implementation together with Mr. Riduan, visited M. Bun Yamin Air Base, Kodim 0426 Tulang Bawang and the Class IIB Rutan Tulang Bawang. and PT.BNIL to coordinate related to the presence of residents living in the environment, including for the detention center is the inmates. This is important, because for these areas, officers cannot enter randomly, the licensing process is the main thing, so this coordination ensures that when data collection will be carried out in the environment later, data collection officers can be allowed to enter and collect data.
This series of processes is carried out so that the implementation of activities in the field can run smoothly, and of course our common desire to realize One Data for the Social Protection and Community Empowerment Program through the Initial Data Collection of the 2022 Socio-Economic Registration can be realized.
