The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) is one of the routine activities carried out by the Central Bureau of Statistics which is conducted twice a year (February and August). Sakernas, is a survey in providing employment indicators, such as the open unemployment rate, the labor force participation rate, the working population based on business fields, and others. At the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic, not only providing employment data, the February 2021 Sakernas also had a special purpose to gather information related to the impact of Covid-19 on labor conditions in Indonesia. The training is carried out face-to-face, while still prioritizing the Covid-19 prevention health protocol.
A total of nine (9) training participants, consisting of 6 enumerators and 3 supervisors, which lasted for 2 days (25-26 January 2021)
The training was opened by the Head of BPS of Tulang Bawang Regency, Gunawan Catur P. In the opening, it was said that the implementation of this Sakernas activity was very important to provide employment indicators. On the other hand, because it uses samples, that any information obtained will be used to estimate the population so that officers are asked to actually collect data in accordance with the existing SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), both in terms of existing concepts and definitions, as well as probing. really so that information is obtained in accordance with existing conditions. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was also ordered that when collecting data, you must maintain the Covid-19 prevention protocol.
All Sakernas officers have also carried out a rapid test, to ensure that they are free from Covid-19, so that data collection is also better maintained, both the respondent is also the data.

16 Census Blocks (BS) will be the sample of Sakernas data collection in Tulang Bawang Regency in mid-February 2021, with an implementation schedule from 27 January to 25 February 2020. Before data collection is carried out for selected households, prior updating is carried out on all households in The selected Census Block, from the results of updating, will determine ladder houses in each BS as a survey sample.
